• Basic Plan: $49 per month for 2 deliveries.
• Premium Plan: $79 per month for 4 deliveries.

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial for the Premium Plan. This offer is valid for one trial per customer.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of your subscription will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities

• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information for account creation and order placement.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Communication: Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or payment information.

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery Schedule: We will deliver groceries according to the schedule associated with your subscription plan. Delivery times may vary based on availability and other factors.
• Service Limitations: Our service is available only within St. Tammany Parish. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external factors such as weather or road conditions.

6. Communication Methods

• Email Communication: By subscribing to our services, you agree to receive email communications from Friendly Groceries regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, and other service-related information. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email. However, opting out of promotional emails does not affect your receipt of essential service-related communications.
• Text Messaging: By subscribing to our services, you consent to receive text messages from Friendly Groceries regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, and other service-related communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us directly. Opting out may affect your ability to receive important updates about your orders.
• Phone Calls: We may use phone calls to communicate with you regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, and any issues related to your subscription. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from Friendly Groceries for these purposes. You can request not to receive phone calls by contacting us directly, although this may affect our ability to provide timely service updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service Quality: While we strive to provide high-quality service, we make no guarantees regarding the availability or timeliness of deliveries.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendly Groceries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
